The deadline for early bird registration is April 30, 2010, 17:00 (JST; GMT+9).

Registration Fee

Note 1) The cancellation cannot be accepted.

Note 2) Presenting authors must complete registration. (Registration Fee is not waived)

Note 3) Students are required to show their student ID on site.

Method of Payment

Payment must be made on-line by credit card when you register. Please fill in the name of the cardholder, card number, security code and date of expiry. The following credit cards are accepted: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and JCB.

VISA Information

In additional to a valid passport, some foreign nationals are required to obtain a visa, issued by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country, to enter Japan.
For details, please visit the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (http://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/index.html) or contact the Japanese Embassy in your country since required steps to obtain visas vary from country to country.
To avoid illicit entrance to our country, prior registration and full paper submission (applicable only to presenting authors) are required to request a set of documents for obtaining visas. For participants other than presenting authors, please note that we may ask you to submit your CV.
